Submit an erratum

Corrections take priority over every other kind of message, including our own publishing schedule. If a figure on this site is wrong, we would rather hear it than leave it standing. An erratum is easiest to act on when it carries four things:

• The page, by title or address.
• The clause or section where the figure appears.
• The figure as published, and the figure you believe is correct.
• A source we can check, ideally the vendor's own pricing or documentation page.

Confirmed errata are applied at the top of the next revision and recorded in the revision note. Where a correction moves a criterion score, the affected scorecards and the ranking are recalculated rather than quietly patched, because a total that no longer reconciles is worse than a figure that was wrong.

What we cannot help with

This is an editorial desk, not a platform support channel. We are not affiliated with any of the builders assessed here and hold no access to your account with any of them. We cannot reset a password, recover a domain, restore a deleted page, dispute a charge or escalate a support ticket. Those requests belong with the platform's own support team, and sending them here only delays them.

We also do not accept guest articles, sponsored placements, or requests to add, remove or alter a link in exchange for anything. Messages of that kind are not answered.

What to expect

Errata are read within a few working days and acknowledged. General questions are read but may not receive an individual reply. Where a question arrives often enough, the answer is added to the relevant page instead, which serves more readers than a private email would. Questions asking which builder to buy for a particular business are not answered individually either, because the decision framework published here does that job more reliably than an opinion formed in an inbox.
